AMAC® provides billing, training and consulting services for hospital based radiation oncology physicians, hospital departments and freestanding centers nationwide.Linda's background spans over three decades of comprehensive accounts receivable management and training including ICD9/ICD10/CPT4 coding and compliance and the direction of the revenue cycle process including benchmarking, managed care negotiations, and physician/third payer liaison.

James E. Hugh III, MHA, CHBME, ROCC®, serves as Senior Vice President of American Medical Accounting and Consulting, Inc. (AMAC®). AMAC® handles all issues regarding documentation, EHR, compliance, coding, reimbursement and provides full service billing and claims processing services, practice management, training for clinical, administrative and coding staff, reporting for reimbursement projections to standard Roadmaps™, medical record review and consulting in radiation oncology and medical oncology.

As a resource for medical groups, vendors, investment bankers, facilities, universities, clinics, hospitals, freestanding centers and third-party payors, James and AMAC® now represent a client base of more than 1,000 healthcare organizations nationwide. Jim has cultivated relationships with medical directors, federal executives, regulators and administrators for a variety of local and national managed care organizations. He is highly regarded as a leading industry authority on reimbursement issues for radiation therapy.

He has been professionally involved with billing and coding for radiation oncology for over 27 years. He has published 30+ articles and books concerning billing and coding. In addition to his publications, he has given hundreds of talks.

Diane M. Grefski is the Compliance Officer and Director of the ROCC®Program of American Medical Accounting and Consulting (AMAC®), incorporated in 1983. AMAC®provides billing and consulting services for many hospitals, radiation oncologists, hospital-based physicians and freestanding centers nationwide.

Diane's background encompasses over twenty years of experience in the healthcare field in credentialing, compliance, and payer negotiations. Diane’s background includes compliance development and implementation in law enforcement and paralegal training. Diane assisted with the development and implementation of AMAC®’s compliance program shortly after the third party billing voluntary compliance program guidance was created by the Office of the Inspector General.
