The hotel allows individual attendee cancellations without penalty up to seventy-two (72) prior to the attendee’s scheduled arrival date. Property will charge one (1) nights guestroom rate + tax for cancellations within seventy-two (72) hours of the scheduled arrival date or failure of individual attendee to check-in on the scheduled arrival date (each a “no-show”).

CEU certificates will be provided following the end of the final session.
No partial credit will be awarded for attending less than the designated activity planned time. Those participants leaving before the end of the final session will not receive CEU certificates. Keep in mind, this is a stipulation from the accrediting entities not an AMAC ® rule.

Cancellation notices must be sent in writing (email accepted).
  • If notice is received 60 days or more prior to seminar date, you may choose either a full refund or you may transfer to a 2020 Seminar.
  • If notice is received 59 – 30 days prior to seminar date, we will charge a 10% administrative fee. You may choose to receive the balance either as a refund or as a credit for a 2020 Seminar.
  • If notice is received 29 - 11 days prior to seminar date, we will charge a 25% administrative fee. You may choose to receive the balance either as a refund or as a credit for a 2020 Seminar.
  • If notice is received 10 – 4 days prior to seminar date, we will charge a 50% administrative fee. You may choose to receive the balance either as a refund or as a credit for a 2020 Seminar.
  • If notice is received less than 4 days prior to seminar date, we will charge a 100% administrative fee.
