Seminar Overview:
Two great companies, American Medical Accounting & Consulting (AMAC®) and BMSi, come together to present a dynamic 3 day seminar (16 full hours of instruction) on Radiation Oncology Coding & Billing, Documentation & Compliance. The Radiation Oncology Certified Coder Exam (ROCC®) will be offered immediately following the seminar. The optional ROCC® examination is $495 per person.
 
The seminar is a step by step course on radiation oncology billing compliance and documentation. You will receive the latest release of Radiation Oncology: Coding, Billing, Documentation and Compliance by Linda L. Lively MHA and James E. Hugh, III, MHA of American Medical Accounting and Consulting (AMAC) and the newly released Principles of Billing, Coding & Compliance for Radiation Oncology by Carl. R. Bogardus, Jr., M.D. of BMSi. Both are specifically updated for the seminar and cover Medicare rules and regulations, current CPT coding, and many clinical examples.

  • Cancellations must be sent in writing (e-mail accepted)
  • If written notification is received 60 days or more prior to meeting date, a full refund, less 5% administrative fee will be made or you may transfer to a future meeting
  • 59 - 30 days, full refund less 10% fee, or transfer to a future meeting
  • 29 - 4 days, full refund less 15% fee, or transfer to a future meeting.
  • 72 hours or less, no refund; however, you can transfer to a future meeting less additional fees to cover costs.

The ROCC®, Radiation Oncology Certified Coder, is specifically targeted for the radiation oncology professional and assesses the proficiency level of anyone tasked with the coding functions within a radiation oncology practice. Priced separately at $495. The ROCC® is registered to AMAC®.
