Maintaining Your Certification
To maintain your certification you will have to complete 12 CEUs every two years. The CEUs must consist of at least six units from AMAC® approved courses, which include:
Ø AMAC® Web Courses (CEUs vary per course)
Ø AMAC® CD Courses (CEUs vary per course)
Ø AMAC® Seminars (CEUs vary per seminar)
The other six can come from AAPC, AHIMA, ASRT, SATRO and SROA. Every single unit from these approved associations will count as ½ of an ROCC® CEU. For example, if ASRT offers seven CEUs for the completed class, ROCC® will apply 3.5 CEUs toward your ROCC® re-certification.
Recertification: The non-refundable recertification fee is $295.00 every 2 years with exception of certifications 1-59 which are renewable during the 5th year.
